Project: My Visa Desktop Widget
Visa was faced with the challenge of finding innovative ways to deliver exclusive offer privileges to its cardholders. The answer? My Visa—a personalized Desktop Widget providing users privileges in travel, dining, golf, entertainment and shopping.
Working closely with Visa, we designed and developed multi-lingual versions of My Visa for the Asian market, centered around Visa’s premium products. Emerge consulted Visa through every stage of the strategic development for the application including a customized Offer Management System to keep the content vibrant without draining internal resources.
We also engaged users into the campaign with the ability to personalize the widget by selecting their favorite offers, news feeds and music.
